All Bengal Open (Under-15) Rapid Tournament took place on Saturday 25th September 2021 Honourable Minister Mr. Swapan Debnath was present throughout the tournament to encourage players and parents. He inaugurated, distributed the masks to all the participants. Players, parents everybody was provided tiffin, tea and lunch. DM of East Burdwan Mrs. Priyanka Singla, IAS and SP of East Burdwan Mr. Kamanasish Sen and MLA Khokon Das were also present to encourage the players. Due to Covid-19, total number of participation was restricted to 38. Children and their parents were very happy to play over-the-board tournament after a long time. Tournament was organized by Purba Bardhaman Zilla Parishad, conducted by IA Debasish Barua and IA Asit Baran Choudhury. Mr. Tushar Chatterjee, Secretary of SBDS was also present.
